Grilled Peppered Lamb Chops
Very simple meal but tastes amazing, something about lamb and its taste, for me its my favourite meat. So for this I rubbed ground pepper and herbs into both sides of the chops and then put them under the grill, medium heat and about 8 to 9 minutes each side.
I served them up with buttery mash mixed with parsley, pepper & chives. Diced bell pepper, carrots, peas and sweetcorn. Mint sauce on the side and gravy.
