Burgers in the making
Well this was the main reason for the BBQ grill mix, I wanted to make burgers from scratch which I'd only done once before some time ago and they was only ok. So I made sure they was done properly this time and as you can see in the picture there was plenty of flavour in them. I made 4 1/4 pounders from the meat.
So everything ready to go and was only the mackerel that went on the grill pan with only olive oil on it. BBQ mackerel is so nice, love the smell too and it only takes minutes to cook so that was the starting meal
Next up I cooked the chicken, kept it simple just sprinkled with some herb and pepper, grilled both side's and then moved across to indirect heat, added some onion and some grated cheese and left for few more minutes. Chicken was nice and juicy and because I didn't leave it on indirect for to long the onion still had some nice crunch to it :)
Then I got the burgers going, 5 minutes and they were done and boy was they nice, super juicy and tons of flavour! very very happy and will be making these as often as possible from now on.
I moved my burgers to indirect heat so they stayed hot and got my sirloin steak on the grill, I had done both sides with a little salt, pepper, paprika and some Hickory Bourbon sauce. On the grill direct heat for 1 and half minutes each side, I think the picture says all I need to say about how amazing this was.
