BBQ Chicken On The Can
Well yesterday I did my take on beer can chicken and was very happy with it. I used lemon juice in the can with herbs instead of beer and I found the chicken to be that bit more moist once it was done and I had quick roasted it as well. 1hour and 15mins cooking and it rested for about 20mins, it fell of the bone and was so moist to eat. I lightly smoked it as well just for little extra flavour in the meat, done my usual pan of veg around the chicken with herbs and chicken stock cube.
